Ticket and fast track resolving issue
Since the end of june there is a lenghtening of time for ticket or fast track resolving.
Moreover, all tickets are closed several days or week laters at the same minute by Lambert and only Lambert. This could suggests that the tickets are not read.
Some reported problem persit and we all need that our report be taken into consideration.
So is there a temporarily problem? What can we do to improve the consideration to our reports?
