"Charge All" audio sound effect feels too loud compared to any other Ingress audio effects

It's horribly over-reverbed on wireless headphones, and with no headphones too. It just sounds like they failed to employe a sound engineer.

This seems to be fixed in latest release 2.96.2. Charge sound effects volume is now in level with other sound effects.
