Portal submission not resetting

My last submission was on 20.6.2022 and with that one i used my 40 submissions.
So today i should be able to use two again
One from 21.6. And from 22.6 (today) but the app still tells me i have reached the limit and will get a new one tomorrow. .
Yesterday i still thought maybe the time of the last submission or the timezones are relevant but then i should have new submissions by now
Who to tag for this? It is quite annoying

Well i just could make a submission. But i am still missing the possible submissions for the last 2 days

How exactly i tried that and as soon as i mention a bug i was told to head to the forum by the bot.
Haha, this is funny. @NianticVK I suggest looking at the whole support section. It's stupid. Things like this (getting redirected to the forums only to be told to open a ticket through support) is so unbelievably stupid. It's the same after you're done reporting and want to report something else, you can't because the old conversation opens up.
If you need how-to's to submit a ticket, it needs to be redone.

When raising a ticket in app or via ingress.com/support, please select 'Questions about Scanner or Intel map' as that will prevent you being looped back to the forum.

For those that dont open the screenshot: support is saying i should wait for the 14 day cycle to end to get new submissions.
My answer is that this system is outdated and we have a 40 submission contingent and get a new submission everyday until we reach 40.
Or did anything change without notification?
Wow. I think it is a canned response, but what the heck. I’ve had the same experience where some backlog was purged and all my edits were denied in the same 2-3 day time span. I got banned from wayfarer and they said that I was moving portals to wrong locations. Like ****?
then after then ban was lifted they stated I’d have to take the test again. All this was untrue, and I felt like discussing this with people that don’t even know how their own game works was going to be unproductive. So now I have a strike because of their backend systems.
it is the same with the emails about edits; stating to check the contribution page for details, edits don’t even show up there. SMH.
And today i could submit but had to use "upload later", no mail, nothing new i wayfarer and the submission was used. No idea what happened with that submission
Again 2 days without new submission....
Until 20.6 i got a new submission everyday (i have already prepared about another 20 new portals) and suddenly i dont
get them anymore on a daily basis. Just as an overview of the last submissions as soon as i noticed i can submit again.
So far it didnt give me 5 submissions...if i would have gotten them i should be able to submit 5 but all i get is this prompt
Have you uploaded it? Go to settings and then upload the submission(s). You won't get mail if the submission is still on your phone waiting to be uploaded.
It was uploaded and never appeared in wayfarer and also no mail. That one just dissappeared forever.
So far no further response from support. But in the last days it worked and i got a daily new submission (starting on 30.6)
And today i didnt get a new one...
Another 24 hours without new submission. No response from support so far

This has also been occurring sporadically with my account. I did not get my daily accrual of nominations and edits on 6th April 2022, 21st April 2022, and most recently today (Sunday 17th July 2022).

@willowitaly has reported the same issue as well on the Wayfarer forums. I am noting it here so that it can be established it is affecting more than just myself and @kamikatze07 .
Support chat is simply gone over the anomaly weekend. No idea if there was any answer so far.
My portal submissions did not increment again today. It says I have zero remaining, but I should have one. My last portal submission was over 24 hours ago.
