Duplicate kenetic capsules

I show 2 kenetic capsules with the same ID number. If I click on the completed capsule then on [CLAIM] the screen goes black and a complete shut down and restart is the only way back. Clicking the second capsule returns an error message saying something like "process is already running".
I have restarted Ingress, cleared cache, uninstall/reinstall and rebooted phone.
What can I do?

Problem resolved. Appears to be working properly again. Second Kinetic cube has disappeared. Thank you for your quick response.
