Dronenet Scanner Unavailable

I am unable to use my dronenet, as it says scanner communication issue. Issue is only with dronnet feature and only in my account. Have tried clearing cache/uninstalling app. Please help.

I ran into that issue last weekend. How it resolved for me, I went to the portal, upgraded resonators, added mods, and hacked it. After I did that, the issue went away and was able to move drone off portal.
