Drone - permanent scanner communication error

I can't do anything with my drone anymore.
I tried to move my drone to a new portal today (around 00:10 CET), but it did not move. I then restarted the Ingress app. Since restarting, I permanently get the error message 'Scanner communication error' when I press the 'Dronenet' button.
I can no longer reach, move or return the drone to my home position.
App log out and re login, phone restart, app reinstallation do not help.
Please help me.

I was able to solve the problem myself: Clearing the Safari browser cache helped.
This worked for me!
