I just transfering something out from my Quamtum Capsule. The Game is very lag, so I **** the app and open again.

Then the Whole Quamtum Capsule lost!!

What Can I Do?

Same issue just happened to me when loading some keys in a Quantum capsule.

I cannot recall the exact message, but an error message was displayed, so I have rebooted the scanner, and when it restarted, the capsule was gone including all the items in it.

I have then rebooted the scanner twice, and then signed out and re-signed in but the Quantum capsule hasn’t returned.

Please note that I have submitted this issue via the app. Thank you in advance for your attention, and hope for a swift remediation!

Support has replied that the problem was a temporary issue and it was resolved. Indeed, the capsule has returned! Thank you!
