Replace "spoofing" with "cheating in general", I suppose, in Niantic's thread. The Agent's closed thread is otherwise the same kind of post that caused Niantic to create the "spoofing" thread in the first place.

Referring a first time forum poster to a useless thread and closing the conversation without any mitigating words is an awful way to treat a customer.
