VR Battle Beacon Glitch

Last weekend, I deployed a Battle Beacon (the one that gives 4 battles) and it did not do anything. It wasn’t showing on the portal. So I tried to deploy another one and it said I couldn’t. The BB showed as deployed on intel but it wouldn’t show on the portal. After the 15 minutes was up, it showed the scoreboard on the portals as a score of 0 to 0 which would be the case because neither team battled.
Today I showed up to use another BB on the same portal and the scoreboard is still there and says 0 to 0. It has been 7 days. See screen shot attached. This screen shot is 7 days after it was deployed.
