2.92.1 alerts time

Here in Kyiv we currently have GMT+3,but alerts are shown GMT 0. Just noticed with kinetic capsule on Zte Blade A7 2020(arm7) Also on Redmi9(arm8) works well.(Unfortunately my main Pixel2 is broken so I use to play with this Zte)
