Hi, I have had the problem for some time that one of my key locker
is duplicated. As far as I remember, the cause was connection problems during the filling , emptying of this capsule and some app restarts.
Since no bugfix has been released for months for this issue, I hope for some help from the support.

Keys were doubled and I could move 2nd set into another keylogger

My one is a blue capsule, but it's the same phenomenon. The capsule and key have been duplicated. I still have two blue capsules.

I have same issue and it even makes keys disappeared . I didn't noticed it's duplicated for a while and kept loading/unloading keys. Now those two contain different amount of keys. I noticed it today because I loaded a key before hacking, but I didn't get a key from the hack. Then I tried to unload the the one I loaded couple seconds before and it is disappeared. Key locker ID: 0519C435 please.

Just came across this post too, having the same issue with a yellow keylocker (3734BC22) for weeks ans since yesterday with a black keylocker (C63338BB).

@NianticVK @NianticThia I have had an occurance of this problem as well, but with a twist. Yellow key locker, ID B7490724...should be full of keys, one locker shows 100/100 keys, the other shows 0/100 keys. When I enter either to manage/withdraw keys, both show as empty. I need those keys...any fix should preserve its contents.
Reported in game, ticket number 20414192.
I am not filled with confidence that is seems to be taking several weeks for this problem to be resolved for people...
