Reset field in urban areas broken by account spoofing
May 8th, twelve days ago, a Resistance field was broken by an RES Agent immediately suspected of gps spoofing, both factions reported him and the account was banned the next day. Being a portal in an urban area with an active player nearby we avoided crossing the broken links in order to allow the opposing faction to restore the broken field from either side.
May 15th the field was recreated from a portal next to the former by the RES player in the area, so we resumed playing normaly and last Saturday (May 16th) an ENL agent went to break the field and other players made some crosslinks to prevent it from being done again.
Last night (May 19th) the original field illicitly broken by the banned agent on May 8th was inexplicably reset and appeared again on the Intel, as shown from the attached screeshot with blue and green links crossing its path.
This afternoon one of our agents went to break the field again, this time from the other anchor.
Why has the portal (and its links) been reset despite being in the urban area and with an active player nearby? Is it normal? I believed that Vanguards should only deal with resets on certain kinds of portals, like difficult to reach ones etc .... Did something change? I find myself in similar situations pretty often, should I just bother them to reset every single portal that gets spoofed in my town?

Sounds like whoever filed the fast track misrepresented the circumstances
Even the vanguard handling the request did not check if the reset was really necessary
