[Vanilla Forums Bug] When trying to select image size or position, menus flash and disappear

I've tried this in Chrome and Firefox.

1. Create a new discussion.
2. Paste an image in.
3. Click the size or position options.

The menu flashes for a few milliseconds then disappears and is unclickable and unusable.

@NianticThia @NianticBrian This is still an issue under both mobile browsers, Chrome and Firefox, and makes any sort of formatting beyond "splat I pasted an image" very difficult.
