I paid for the subscription and money has been taken from my credit card, but I didn't receive anything in game app. It just appears I Haven't paid from it even tho money have been taken.
The best way is to attempt to contact in app support to make them aware that your C.O.R.E subscription has failed to deliver.
Hopefully @NianticVK or @NianticBrian are monitoring these posts for quick fixes.
