Portals Discovered Count Still Wrong but no Response from Support After 10 Days

I submitted a ticket in app as directed on March 22, but "Sofonisba" has not responded and I am stuck unable to submit any other support requests.
My portals discovered count is still off, I am missing one according to my VERY careful accounting and a thorough recheck of my email going back to 2018. I also keep all of the keys as I've been awarded them, so I'm certain about my record keeping.
I believe the culprit is the portal "Jesus Statue", which was submitted on February 25, 2018 and approved on November 2, 2021. (note the 3 year difference!). I was awarded the key on the date that the portal was approved and currently have it stored in capsule 4FECB0E0 in my inventory.
Perhaps this wayspot was manually approved by someone cleaning up the database during the Lightship transition, and thus did not count in my stats?
