Can not Scroll the Terms of Service in Niantic Chat

Hi.

I've tried to open the Agent Chat(next to the Map) in the Niantic Social Menu. If i do, it opens the usual Terms of Service which i have to Agree. But i can not scoll down to the accept Button. The ToS Message also blocks any other actions in the Niantic Chat Menu.

My Smartphone is a Samsung Galaxy A52s, Android V12

I have the same issue. Same Phone aswell. Also everything is in french.
