My kinetic capsule doen't count KMs

I recently changed my faction, and since that, my kinetic capsule doesn't count KMs, can you help me?

Options:

1. https://ingress.com/support then click the Chat icon in the bottom right.
2. Open the scanner, go to Settings, scroll down to Help Center then click REPORT A PROBLEM.

Once you have the chat bot up, start by typing "Skip"
