Accepted appeal doesn't count for Seer

I appealed an ancient nomination , denied by NIA when they reviewed it by then, that now was accepted through appeal process because it follows criteria. The portal is alive, I received the key, AP and +1 in Portals Discovered statistic but since it was originally sent in counting towards Seer slot, the statistic Seer Points should be increased too.

I consider this a bug in Ingress side of wayspots sync, to be addressed to fully credit early submitters.
