C.O.R.E Bug

I am a player who hired CORE from the first moment. At first everything is fine but in the last 3-4 months it happens to me that at the beginning of the month (day 1) the advantages of CORE dissapear, like the additional space. Well, at first I opened a ticket in the app and the next day they had answered me and solved the problem. The fact is that in February, on the 25th the same thing happened to me, I wrote again and they wouldn't answer me, I opened a report on the website and they didn't answer me either, finally I reopened a report in the app and they don't answer me or anything and now I can't report in the app again. This is a shame because I am wasting the money in a subscription which I am not enjoying.
