Ingress does not work in Estonia's 3rd largest city (Narva)

Ingress worked just fine yesterday, but today I only get black screen, BSOD (Black screen of ****)

In Pokemon, the map comes up, but no GYM's or stops.

I know, of course, that Narva is close to Russia, but still Estonia, not Russia.

Guessing cell intersects with those, turned off Russian sanctions :(

yeah looks like your cell connects like someone in finland near the border also have this problem.... this isnt right niantic...
