loss Wayfarer access which I had before

After I used my Google account login https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/ , I got:

Sorry, your account is not eligible.

You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access.

Here is some info that I thought might be helpful:

• Second recurse on Feb. 19 and reach Level 8 on Feb. 24
• The last time I use Wayfarer was to check my nominations on Mar. 3
• My Wayfinder rating is "Great"
