Child under 13 account.
Is there anything that can be done with an account from an agent that claims it not a backpack account but it's his son's account and has publicly said in comm that the boy is 10 years old?
What's the procedure in these cases? Can the account get banned? How do we report this so it can be investigated and take any action?

Shouldn't you submit a ticket for this issue?
I have submitted 2 tickets but nothing has happened, the account is still there and idk how should I make the ticket for it to get investigated, there's no option for reporting a child account, all I did was to use the multi account option, but as I said, the account is still there.
Anyone can make something up and put it in COMM, and I'm not sure how Niantic is supposed to verify someone's birth date. What that leaves, then, is an investigation into potential multi-accounting, and opinions on that are well known, I think. 😛
