I am hearing about folks who recently received passcodes by email on their anniversary. While i can find Niantic's emails about portal attacks, and mission submissions, i cannot find any email about my C.O.R.E niversary .
I have been a C.O.R.E. subscriber for the past 10 months and I did not receive a C.O.R.E passcode email. I have all the push notifications turned on in my settings and they have been on for weeks. I did a data clear on my phone a few weeks ago to fix an issue with Google Play funds not showing up and that process removed these checks. I put them back on right after the reset. Also I did let me CORE lapse 11 months ago but it has been active for the past 10 months. You should be able to get my email from the login on this post and it matches the email I use as my Ingress account.
I followed the directions and opened a support ticket yesterday (ticket #16196716) but have not yet received a response. The automated reply said to expect a response in "a few hours" but it has been nearly 30. Are these taking a long time to process?

Finally i have a ticket..quite a frustrating process..

Submit a support ticket on Ingress’ website, not here. That’s the marching order from Niantic at this time for this issue.

they probably need more time to figure this out.
