Mission Name stuck and doesn't chance

I created a Mission Banner in Bern and addet later 12 more Mission to.

So in renamed all the Missions and all changes got accepted.

Apart from the Mission Eddie in the Jungle 3.

I wanted to rename this to Eddie in the Jungle 15/36.

But its stuck and i can't do anything. Several Agents reported to me or asked me which mission to choose after 14/36.

Because they can't find 15/36.

Could anybody help me to rename this?
