The accepted submissions review are not counted in Recon

I have an issue related to the count to Recon medal in my account. I have monitored the number of reviewing to be accepted by my account and it reach from 28 Jan 2022 to to 3 Feb 2022 to around 150 accepted nominations and submissions. However, my account increased in Recon only around 25. Could you support me to check if any issue with ingress application.
