My anger at Niantic
Hello, I'm level 14 Resistance: Mokajoey
Today I'm here to express my anger and sadness. I liked this game very much and spent time and energy playing it to level 14.
Everything was perfect before ingress prime went online.
Until ingress prime went online, I had to log in to the game on the first day, using the same email address.
The system asked me to conduct novice training. Then my original account disappeared and became a new level 1 account.
Niantic didn't reply to me and wouldn't help me solve this problem. I really want to play ingress, but I really don't want to give up my original account.
Where did my original account go?Where is my Mokajoey!?!?

did you cancel the training ? it show l1 res during it but you are still at your original lvl / faction

I finished the novice tutorial, and then the game asked me to get a new ID. As a result, my level 14 Mokajoey has become the current level 3 Mokajoey0. I'm really angry

I can ping the MokaJoey account in comms. The account shows up. Are you sure you are using the correct email address?
It has been 21 years since I was born. I only have one Google email😢
Do you play Pokémon Go or another Niantic game with the same login method? If so, check your Niantic Social on another game and see what it says for your Ingress ID. If it says MokaJoey (original not 2nd) then double check login method you used for Ingress. If your Niantic Social on the other game has your 2nd Account or none at all for Ingress, then you used a different method for Ingress or the other Niantic game.
I'm sorry, I've never registered for pmgo…😢
The last time I saw similar cases...it took one player 12 months to get the account back by customer support's manually rebuilding the account...with a large propotion of the badges still unrestored 😓

@Mokajoey0 is this the first time you ever signed into Ingress Prime with your Google Account? I can see your @mokajoey account, so it hasn't been deleted, but we'll need to investigate further. Thanks for your patience.
I think you can investigate which email address corresponds to “Mokajoey”. I really don't want to face “Mokajoey0 ”anymore
