Impersonation account On Niantic Social
We are requesting that Niantic take immediate action and prevent Resistance Agent bluedjude from continuing to impersonate Enlightened agent Nysyr on Niantic Social. This is directly against the Rules of Niantic Social (see screenshots).
Bluedjude was banned from in games comms for insulting and unpleasant behaviour and then immediately started using Niantic Social to communicate directly with agents. As his display name is set to Nysyr, agents initially thought that the messages came from the real Nysyr.
We don’t know who else he has messaged on other teams or in other games pretending to be someone he isn’t.
He has been impersonating Nysyr for months (see screenshots for December). We have already reported the impersonation account multiple times, but the account is still active and so we decided to post on the forums in hopes that Niantic will enforce their own rules against such a flagrant and obvious violation.

Oh. Vanguard on the forum has said, repeatedly, that making posts do not help reviewing your reports. If the violation were handled sometime later, it's the reports not the posts that help. Let's see.
I can confirm that this is still happening, the agent Bluedjude contacted me via Niantic Social and after not replying, moved on to mocking me and using my real initials which I have never shared with them.

Since Niantic Social is new (and something most players ignore lol), this is probably people's first times reporting anything on it and don't know if there is a confirmation email if action is taken or not. Especially if there's no response or confirmation from a report for a few days. Do you know if there is any confirmation email for reprints sent from Niantic Socials report system?
Well frankly speaking I have no experience of filing reports regarding Niantic Social. But still it belongs to the standard customer support system channel, right?
And you can always trust Vanguard, would you agree with me? Here is what's said by Vanguard regarding "receiving canned or no response"
I'm trusting Vanguard as much as you do. Thus even if you receive no response, please assure yourself that Niantic has received your reports and will do a careful review and although it might take sometime but the justice will be done eventually.

The last spoofer I saw get reported is still unabanned after magically travelling from Switzerland to Haida Guai to Hawaii so ... I learned years ago not to get my hopes up for Niantic being able to follow through with every case.
Yes. If you read through my posts you will see that I also encountered mutliple and endless cases where blatant spoofers were not banned and did not stop, after quite a bunch of reports. If you go through "General" section on the forum you will see that more and more players' complaining about their reports and documents their provided seemed not being reviewed at all.
However every time we talk about this, Vanguard on the forum is always telling us that all reports are reviewed and actions are definitely taken. You may see that some players somehow agree with this theory:
So what can I say? I decided to refer to those comments all the time and stop useless (while it's called useful) reporting then to help build this forum a harmonious Utopia.
