Lost capsule

Quantum Capsule disappeared from inventory after error trying to put items in it.
I did not get a chance to take a screen shot of the error message but it started with Failed. There were approximately 25 keys in capsule.
I tried restarting app and it is still missing.
Running on iPhone SE iOS 14.6
