Why is it Niantic don't See this?
Yes a spoofer Post again but we in our local community write Tickets since Months.
Also send Videos when I was live and alone at a place but nothing happens.
As you See there is no possible way he could get over the river in 5 min.

We write Tickets to the Support every day and nothing happens. Even RES-Player Report him.
Here are some Tickets wich I send: 15915182, 15878474, 15872461, 15866949, 15862187, 15859153 ......
Why Player aren't banned for Such clear spoofing?

Same Account who has taken down the portal in front of my House and leve a blue donut while i was standing at the balcony and nobody else was there.
Wrote tickets but NIA does NOTHING.
One of the reasons why I hardly play anymore.
Today same portal, same player. But Nobody on the surveillance cam record from my house, +/-5 minutes from attack message.
They could be in a helicopter or subway though, right? /s
And this after an impossible travel!

On the Videos I have taken you don't hear anything. Also on the Videos from TPaul. And the next Subway is in munich.
And Do helicopter realy move 80 km/h every time? Each calculation I made says +/- 80 km/h. And he's doing this speed not only on streets. Also in citys, parks and foodpaths!
The /s means I was being sarcastic. Some people have used that argument to justify spoofing like actions…

At least, their above mentioned account now got banned. Hopefully, Niantic will realise that their third account is still out there. Anyways, there won't be any "four spoof-mods" on a portal from now on!
And he can't switch between the Accounts anymore. Today the third account moved over Solid houses.

I'm on your side regarding the problem of video as a proof were not reviewed at all.
Unfortunately warm-hearted XM Ambassador (see links below) and Vanguard (I'm sure I've been told so but need further searches so whatever) will tell you/me that it's reasonable for customer support to NOT REVIEWING videos (because "they can be forged easily" or "they are supposed to judge on action logs only", bla bla).

Comparing with this kind of cauld phenomenon or disappointing justification, Wayfarer support is doing significantly better because they do take videos into consideration.
