Fullscreen portal photos not displaying correctly for non-portait photos.

Clicking on a portal photo is supposed to allow you to see the whole image. This is how it formerly worked in the original Ingress app, and how it currently works in Pokemon Go.

This does not produce the desired result in Ingress Prime. Instead, the image is zoomed in, and unless the image happens to match the aspect ratio of the phone, parts of the image are cropped off. The image is also a low resolution and text cannot be read.
