> Results Announcements The final score for each Faction per city will be announced through in-app News Feed.
For the rare battle beacons deployed by NIASection, I would like to see the final score and category for each portal. If possible, I would also like to see the score and category for each checkpoint. This will allow us to verify the results and enjoy the event more.
Will the Niantic Street Sweeper (short decay time of items on the field) be in action before/during this event? If so, when will it start/end?
An FAQ has been published in a separate thread as to not get buried. It is here: https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/17975/kureze-effect-the-formation-phase-1-faqs
For anyone wondering, the medal for this comes up as an Anomaly medal. I got mine this morning participating in a few agent deployed battle beacons. Once the 10th battle beacon finished I was awarded the medal, and it appears as the 1st medal on my profile.
Hey @NianticOfficial -- it occured to me when I was picking out a t-shirt for today that I don't have an anomaly t-shirt for this anomaly. How about you ask Niantic Supply to make one? That's like the one thing that would get me to buy an overpriced t-shirt from them!
Purchasing 10 Rare Battle Beacons, deploying it, complete the work, and spend money with time for that type of badge? I don't think so, I will just save my CMUs for something better. Niantic should have designed a better-looking badge. Reminds me of "My Little Pony" inspired badge.
I still don't see the Kureze effect metric appearing on my agent profile
It won't show until you participate in at least one battle beacon.
Just a tiny bit too late, Niantic 🙈
"...And some people recall events that have happened in the past, to confuse things that will happen shortly."
Haha, c'mon Niantic... why the late Phaze 1 emails now? We need Phaze 2!
Just got this e-mail as well, that's one prime example of the Niantic communication quality. smh.
I was expecting some kind of unique graphics in app during Kureze Effect. It was just battle beckons. Nothing unique with the sound either. Did I miss something?
