[Feature Request] Local agent cell headquarters

There are agents in almost every city. On any first Saturday, and sometimes just like that after a working day, they usually like to gather in a certain favorite place to sit, have a drink, spend time mentally in the company of people like themselves. And so I thought, why not allow agents in such places to create some kind of "Bases" or Headquarters of resistance or enlightenment? A kind of in-game object located at a specific portal or somewhere in an important and visited place for a certain group of agents, Such an object can be located near a railway station, airport, or in some pub or country club.

And most importantly, this place would help to meet and interact even with unfamiliar local agents, learn their history, get the coordinates of home portals, and much more. Imagine the Search function for the nearest "headquarters", with a soulful atmosphere in the style of "hello friend, here is some stuff for you, the keys to the main portals, and by the way, we gather here every first Saturday of the month at 18:00, or we can just meet in the evening after work and have another mug of some kind of drink, and yes, for all agents above level 11, there is a 5% discount on the entire assortment in the bar, just don't forget to tell the bartender what is from us. " Or just "Look for us in such and such an institution, ask such and such a person there."

This object can be equipped with the following functions:

- An information board with announcements, the history of the local agent cell, or even descriptions of local attractions. Or information in the style of Hello everyone, put resonators in my home portal and its coordinates. Well, or information for beginners, such as who to listen to, who to help, what is the structure of the organization in a given area, and so on ...

- "Fireproof" eternal capsule for each individual agent, which will always be in the same place.

- Remote or customizable passcode access to the inventory of this capsule.

Imagine a situation, an agent from another city or even a country comes to your city. He needs to transfer the keys to the main portals or a certain plot item, but all local agents are at the moment at work or on a special operation. Why not make it so that agents would have a place where they could give access using a passcode to their remote capsule, or simply access for individual items from it by passcode?

- Small production of items with subsequent storage. For example, as an agent who came to another city, I would not refuse a few extra shields, and so on.

- Shared inventory in which anyone could share a part of their equipment. Or a certain part of the inventory, accessible only to certain members of the cell into which any visiting agent could unload important keys or something else?

Story assignments from ADA and Jarvis could be issued here, story items could be stored here. Here you could collect important media from the life of a local cell or the history of agents ... By the way, why is it still not possible to create your own media objects from YouTube videos or pictures? You can do it somehow competently.

In general, we need to represent the local group of agents directly in the game. Agents of a separate city block, Agents of a small town, region, or anything else.

And as for me, chats in the social component of niantiс games cannot provide all the necessary functions.
