I thought Monday would be a sure thing but this is making me question:
The entire point of "pre-ordering" on 12/20
The "launch" on 12/27 literally sold no kits
I still think digital kits should have been a priority along with physical kits because
removes the struggle from people outside the US to rely on what I call "couriers" like this group
the respective app stores streamlines this for you regardless of the 30% cut (I mean the physical kits are done on a contract rate + shipping)
@NianticBrian shared the bio templates on his Twitter page and later become Ingress media via passcode - this is the best time to share bio cards from the past as media in the game
As far as I understand it, some kits have been starting to ship, although the agents didn't get a notification from the Niantic Shop, but from the carrier itself that a package was inbound (FedEx in the one example I saw). Best case, the kits have been finally shipped now and Niantic just forgot to send out the notification.
Do you know where they're shipping from? I actually got a random text from fedex about an inbound package yesterday or the day before, maryland I think. Delivery isn't for another week...

I also want to thank the Agents that provided some info to me directly that I was able to escalate here to help troubleshoot (lookin' at you mm, ts, qw) and also those that are reaching out to support.
If you have questions about your Drone Kit, unfortunately all I can do is direct you to Niantic Supply; please reach out to them for inquiries and know that we're doing what we can on our side to get this looked into ASAP.
For questions about the status of your order, please include the order number.
For questions related to your Drone biocard passcode not working, please include the passcode and, if possible, include a picture of the passcode on biocard itself too. It will help tremendously!
It's like you guys are allergic to money or something. Got my kit today...passcode invalid...come in here and...wow. Am I supposed to just wait for an email from Niantic Supply? Contact them so they know that they need to email a working code to me? How much is it going to cost you to make sure the coordination of remailing the right card with the same code as the one I get emailed goes off properly? First "limited supply" nonsense costs you money...then you can't even get that right and *that* costs you money. Golf clap all around.
Edit: found the initial email in my spam folder...jolly good.
Is the problem with the Suzanna Moyer card? 2015 card with wrong code? Niantic supply will therefore return the correct card 2016? Maybe with the code 2015 .... ;-)

Drone flying by portals every hour to the destination would be much faster then the current state
When was this supposed to ship? Do you think Lambert can help us here? Does @NianticThia have any insight?
