Cannot upvote new topics in the bug section

The upvote function seems to be broken on new topics. Also you recieve an error message after posting a new topic in that section, instead of a success message.
I use Google Chrome on a Win 10 x64 Desktop.

As of a few days ago, it seems to be fixed. My new thread has a functional voting.
