    @Hosette We've come to view this as expected incompetence.

    The entire team appears dysfunctional.

    Senior management at Niantic need to look at themselves hard.

    Whether it's swag, dev, events, support , marketing, communication etc all need to be given a hard shake.

    I can't believe all the staff are at fault, seems to be something at management level.

    As you say, two weeks to fix a single survey question. What a joke. Surveys prob closed or something.

  • Hi everyone - unfortunately, Niantic is closed for the holiday so I am unable to find out the status; I flagged it again but do not expect to hear back until folks return in the new year.

    That said, I just want to say - I know the team values everyone's feedback, opinions, and concerns and I'm really sorry this isn't resolved.
