Huge lagg, couldn't do about anything

It started around 16 spanish time with small lag on glyphing and deploying, such as 20-40s waiting to get glyphs or to deploy. After some time, around 16:20 I couldn't hack, link, deploy etc and I had used two Apex. I took video that doing a link takes 4 minutes to create, and that hacks are creating some error 1882 NoRetriesError after being in glyph window about 1min.

Internet was working fine and phone also. I took video of the problems, but those are too big to attach here. 250MB and 500MB.
