Scout Volatile Portal Ornaments are missing.

We don't know if they are deactivated or just invisible, but they can't be seen in the Scout Controller Layer currently. This is a problem because during the Double AP event I have a horde of scans I want to upload using an Apex that would award 2000ap for scan instead of the usual 500ap. But without the ornaments I have no way of knowing if I am getting the bonus 3 points for Volatile Scout Portals. Please fix this before the event ends.
