No CMU grant or load-out when C.O.R.E. subscription renewed

My subscription renewed on November 12 and my card was charged $5.40. I have not received the CMU grant of 2500 nor the monthly load-out package. Agent: BitRate27

My subscription started Oct 12 and this was the first auto renewal.
