no contact from the ingress support - not so cool if you pay for CORE membership

As you may remember there were problems with badges for missions day on second Sundays. It may happen.

Raised an issue on 1st November. No instant help / verification. The issue escalated further. It may happen.

Still no response after an ask for update on 11th November. Hmm... No response after another day chaser. Not a word. It should not happen.


It was fine / understandable when Ingres was for free, but definitely its not OK if you pay for CORE membership. 

It's 60£ per year and for this price you can get many other services.


Are there any plans to improve quality in this area?

    I agree, now that ppl are paying their support must get better also no excuses to ignore paying customers today.
