Cannot enter store in game nor settings.

When I tap on store in game all I get is a spinning triangle. If I try to go to settings the game locks up and the only icon that will work is the forum icon. I have tried reinstalling ingress 4 times now with the same result every time.

Ensure that you can actually use the Google play store, as it calls that API to initiate purchasing
what phone do u have ?
Do you by chance have Pikmin Bloom installed.
Have encountered instances where it affects other games. Try force closing Pikmin Bloom and trying again.

Samsung note twenty plus. I have uninstalled pikman bloom and problem still persists. I have no problems with Google play.
11/18 still cannot get into store or settings. Just weird.
I have Samsung Galaxy S20. Same thing, I can`t enter store and settings in app. No Pikmin Bloom on phone- never installing.

I try to reinstall Ingress Prime, try to change language settings on my Samsung S20 to English, try to move app to SD card- no results. Try to start my account on another phone ( Samsung S10e)- no results.But if my wife on Samsung S10e log in own account- she has no problem to enter in app store. If change to my account- no access in store. I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT. NO PROBLEM WITH PHONE OR NETWORK CONNECTION. Agent name- canecatze.

Same for me. Pikmin never installed. Tried on new Pixel 6 and old Pixel 2XL I'd like to get my event gift....
