500 internal server error when requesting reservation of Niantic ID

Hey, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server error when it requests my codenames:
This happens on Chrome, Firefox and Edge on desktop, and Firefox and Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. Could you guys please fix this? It happens on this page: https://nianticlabs.com/en/reserve-nianticid/form It happens right after a login with my Google account. The same happens when I login with Facebook.

I'm closing this because it's not an Ingress bug however I will share that the team working on this is aware and working to resolve.
