Kinetic capsule is missing

After I choose what item that i want to make, the scanner is not responding. After that I force close the scanner and re-open. The kinetic capsule is no longer in my inventory.

    I am also missing my Kinetic casule after the exact same problem reported in first report.

    Same problem. Please fix this immediately! Loosing two SBULs per day through this bug!

    I have the same issue. I had collected a VR shield, and was trying to start another, when a received a scanner communication error. The game hung, so I forced closed it. I restarted and my kinetic capsule was gone.
