No "Destroyed Link"/"Destroyed CF"/"Under Attacked by" Logs from the Particular Portal

No one has received the push notifications "Under attacked by XXXXX" from the particular portal. The issue has occurred at least twice. Also, the portal is not outputting any "Destroyed links" or "Destroyed Control Fields" logs.
The portal is this one: "久地さくら緑地".
We confirmed receiving mail notifications from the portal.
But I did not receive any in-app notifications from the portal at this time.
No CF/Link Destroyed logs in intel map at this time. I created the same CFs again at 19;00 JST :)
I use iPhone 12 pro, iOS 15.1, Ingress 2.83.1, and Wi-Fi networks.

Maybe the portal was moved?
In all attack emails you have the intel link, you can compare if are all the same or had a little numbers difference
Intel link in mail notifications is in the same location (latitude and longitude) as the portal. So the portal has not moved.
