login error

My wife followed the advice (https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/17037/facebook-login-issue-in-ingress-prime/) and linked her facebook profile to her google account. Ever since she are trying to log in, she will got the message that she do not have a profile, create one. She has a resonator on the portal, we checked it out there, he still has his old profile, but he can't log in to it in any way.
