I can not receive any email reply after submitting a Portal Nomination successfully

I can not receive any email reply from Niantic after submitting a Portal Nomination successfully, no matter whether it was approved or rejected.

Maybe I had clicked a 'unsubscribe email notification' button anywhere, but how can I subscribe emails from Niatic again?

Note: the 'revice email' switch box in ingres scanner is checked now.
