Support tickets almost instant closed?
So - I lodged a ticket - I received a response that the case had been 'carefully looked into'.
Less than two minutes later.
Sorry but I am doubtful Niantic had time to bring up the details and action anything then provide me with a response in under 120 seconds.
This does not inspire confidence in the support system. Could the bot at least add 15 + RND(1-100) minutes to the response time so I can at least pretend someone looked into the ticket?
