Messed up if true. I feel like as a core part of the Ingress experience and a large part of the modern lore, Niantic should provide it to Ingress team members so they can become more familiar with it in order to make gameplay and events more immersive.
And they made it a central part of the modern Ingress experience. Clearly if something has become so integrated into Ingress, and yet so easily able to be provided to employees by a company such as Niantic to ensure a high quality product, Niantic should supply it. no?
I mean, it's a notification, a glyph, a beacon, a plushie, even an avatar. Clearly the shapers have something big planned for toast. Could exotic matter be heading towards the ultimate evolution of toast? While we fight over whether to eat it with gruyere or camembert, do they know something we don't?

I don't know how it's central to Ingress when it's only been perhaps referenced twice or three times.
