Optima Kinetic Capsule Challenge event stat is lower on part 2 than part 1

My stat for Kinetic Capsules Completed has reduced from 87 on part 1 to 70 now

Part 1 : (weekly)

Part 2 : (all time)

Not that it matter much as it still gold but weird bug.
