Glyph Hack Delay

Glyphing works as intended, but initiating the glyph hack has a small delay before the grid shows up (about a second). Before recursing, the grid showed up instantly. Recursing revealed that delay. It disappeared after reaching Level 5.
If an Agent is below Level 5, just initiating a glyph hack will cause a delay. There's no extra steps to it.
On a Galaxy Z Fold3 (SM-F926U1), Android 11, Prime v2.77.1, connected to 5G.

Yes, this is from L1 to 4, and looks intended, like a slow down for first levels, from L5 this disappears.
