Kinetic capsule stuck

I'm posting this on behalf of agent @Jackaali. His kinetic capsule has been stuck at 0.0km for almost a week now while his Trekker badge has gone up like normal. I advised him to contact support but they closed the ticket twice, saying that he should reinstall the game and try playing on better internet connection. According to him, there weren't any visible ticket IDs. Reinstalling the scanner didn't help either. He didn't recurse or change faction, the capsule got stuck after starting a program like normal. It would be really helpful to get this fixed before the Optima part 2.
